Shipping policy
All orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, and we are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK: 3-7 business days
- USA: 5-9 business days
- Australia: 5-9 business days
- Canada: 5-9 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at checkout, which may take up to 48 hours. A second email will follow once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. If there are issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Allow 1 - 4 days for tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update immediately, but rest assured your order will still arrive. Contact us if your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We strive to expedite processing and shipping, so there is a limited window to cancel/change your order or update the address. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at help@heusom.com immediately after placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee success due to varying time constraints.
If our team cannot modify your order in time, we can only wait to see if the package returns to our warehouse. If returned, we can reship it to the correct address or provide a full refund.
Returns
By placing an order with Heusom, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Heusom. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your packages.

Please note that we do not ship to Morocco, Nigeria, Kosovo, South Sudan, Martinique, Albania, Indonesia, Algeria, or Tunisia.
